Everbluetravel :: Restaurant Beachside Nha Trang Viet NamSo Many Options!

Many who visit Nha Trang’s beaches are often surprised at the large number of dining options for a relatively small town. Some have commented that Nha Trang’s size is ideal for the traveler, as it’s packed with eating options but still retains its genteel charm as a coastal haven. With a full range of prices available and innumerable options around town, the biggest challenge may be deciding which, of the countless restaurants and cafés to frequent while here.

You can find the most popular Western and Asian dishes in the compact tourist area near the beach, and a wonderful assortment of Vietnamese restaurants in both urban and rural settings. At the top end there are foreign chefs serving 5-star cuisine at the resorts, and the other end of the spectrum sees delectable local dishes being enjoyed at street-side kitchens at stunningly low prices. Getting outside of the tourist area you’ll find dozens of restaurants packed out every night with Vietnamese customers, at places that rarely see a foreigner and won’t be found in any guide book.

Choosing which place to eat at is as much about the setting, the prices, and what kind of food you’re in the mood for. You can expect to find every type of food in the tourist hub, though as real estate is a premium you won’t have the spaciousness of places in other parts of the city. If you’ve been traveling for a while you may be homesick for western favorites such as pizza and burgers, which dozens of places serve. Most visitors like to experience the exquisiteness of Vietnamese cuisine at least once while they’re here.

Local specialties such as Nem, and national treasures like Pho, should be tried at least once as you’ll surely be won over! There are tons of these shops in town, but you’ll find a list of the best places listed in “The Best Local Eateries”

Tourist-friendly restaurants, with English speaking staff and menus, sit in a one square kilometer section from the main square on the beach down to the Sailing Club, and two blocks inland.
